Restorative Yoga & Live Music

Join us for this healing workshop! Emily will guide you through a relaxing and restorative class, filled with readings and meditations. Enjoy hands on assists as well as essential oil massage. Guitarist and composer, Dan Searl will lead us through an array of instrumental and meditative sounds, deepening the sensory experience. Leave feeling restored and inspired. No prior yoga experience necessary.
