Are you still recovering from the holidays? Feeling fatigued from the dark and cold of winter or already given up on your resolutions? This gentle yet powerful practice will include mostly seated and reclined postures, some twists and breathing (pranayam).
Experience a guided meditation to turn on the ?fire in the belly? that helps us manifest our dreams and desires into action. Some discussion around diet, essential oils, and other daily practices will be covered all geared to detox the body, clear the mind and cultivate the energy needed to feel focused, motivated and ready for the New Year!
