PPP & EIDL Seminar

Presentation Overview:
 
CRR Managing Partner David Richards and Partner John Rizzo will provide an overview of the Small Business Association?s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury and Disaster Loan (EIDL) Program. The presentation will provide a comparison of the two programs, with a focus on the latest PPP updates, including use of loan proceeds and the loan forgiveness application process.

David J. Richards, CPA, MST

David has been a member of the firm since inception and has been practicing in public accounting for more than 25 years. As the head of the firm?s Transaction Advisory Group, he regularly advises CRR clients on the sale of their businesses, as well as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. David?s skillset is valuable throughout all stages of the transaction process, and through early involvement he is able to help maximize the financial results for his clients. 
 
David also advises clients in financing transactions and facilitates the process of working with lenders during the underwriting, funding and post-closing stages.  He frequently speaks and writes on these topics and hosts lending and transaction related webinars, seminars and workshops.
 
John F. Rizzo, CPA

John joined the firm in 2002 and has been providing accounting services since 1987. John is the partner in charge of the accounting and auditing department of the firm. He is responsible for ensuring quality control on all attest engagements and financial statements issued by the firm.
 
With his strong accounting and financial background in both the public and private sector, John provides his clients with business consulting services in all areas of internal accounting and financial management. John has extensive experience servicing manufacturing, gaming, entertainment, retail, construction, and non-profit organizations, as well as all other industries serviced by the firm.
