Free Childrens Yoga at Ahhh Sweet Balance
Story Time Yoga - Ages 4-8
This 50 minute class brings young children an awareness of themselves through the imaginative power of stories. Children bring stories with meaning to life through creative breath work, mindful movement and cooperative games. Class ends with a deep relaxation period that will travel with them off their mats and into their world.
