5 Week Series - Break Down & Learn The Foundations Of Yoga
Brand new to yoga, feeling lost in class, or have a regular practice and wanting to fine tune?
Join Elizabeth April for a 5-week series, as we break down the foundational poses and sun salutations of yoga. We will discover the best alignment for your body, discuss keeping your body safe and healthy through your yoga practice, and learn how to use props and modifications to create more freedom in the poses.
When you find correct alignment in the poses, you will truly discover a space where breath and energy can move freely in the body. This will open a whole new window into your practice, where you can stop feeling stuck or rigid in your poses and begin to tap into the subtleties of the poses.
The workshops will consist of both open discussion and practice, so where comfy clothes and layers. Feel free to bring a pen and paper for notes as well!
