1st Annual "Taste of Spring"

The Wakefield Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce our 1st Annual "Taste of Spring!" This registration link is ONLY for food vendors NOT participants looking to attend the event. A link will later be setup for that.

Food vendors please read the following info carefully before signing up to have your restaurant participate:

 

• The food provider will be present on Monday, April 28, 2025, at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Wakefield, MA.  The Knights Hall will be available for set up beginning at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event.  Food providers should allow sufficient time for setup.

• The food provider is responsible for the proper handling and care of all food.

• The food provider will provide the food as stipulated in his/her agreement.

• The food provider will manage all food preparation at his/her own premises.  Use of the kitchen facilities at the Knights of Columbus Hall WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.

• The food provider agrees NOT to use a propane flame instrument in the preparation or warming of food entrees.

• The food provider will bring all their own necessary serving utensils as well as their own table decorations if they desire to decorate their table for the evening.

• The food provider may bring promotional “giveaways” for the guests such as: napkins, menus, discount coupons, etc.

• The food provider, upon signing the agreement, will decide what he/she will serve at the event.  The Wakefield Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to request another food choice in order to avoid duplication of offerings.

• The food provider is responsible for the removal of all his/her equipment from the Knights of Columbus Hall at the conclusion of the event.

• The food provider is responsible for supplying as many people as is necessary to serve the guests.
