DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, April 11\, 2018 Neurofibromatosis Northeast's 19th Annual Table for TEN event will bring dedicated sponsors and members of our NF Community together for an evening of fine dining at approximately 25 of Boston's most exclusive restaurants. We are thrilled that Dan Andelman\, Host & Showrunner of TV's Phantom Gourmet\, and Alex Pineda\, Executive Sous Chef\, Scampo will share duties as Honorary Co-Chairpersons.\n\n\n\n\nFollowing a sumptuous meal at one of Boston's finest restaurants\, guests will gather at the spectacular UMass Club at One Beacon Street (just a short walk from the Faneuil Hall area) for entertainment\, an auction\, raffles and a wonderful dessert reception catered by Montilio's Bakery.\n\n\n\nTable for TEN will fund scientific research at the Center for Human Genetic Research at Massachusetts General Hospital to help find the cure for neurofibromatosis (NF)\, a genetic disorder that can cause learning disabilities\, seizures\, brain tumors\, deafness\, vision impairment and cancer. But just as importantly\, Table for TEN will help to create awareness about NF which affects more people than cystic fibrosis and muscular dystrophy combined\, yet most people have never heard of it.
