DESCRIPTION:We invite you to join us on Tuesday\, March 7th at the Crowne Plaza Boston/Woburn for a Multi-Chamber Networking Event and  Presentation.\n\n\n\nMark your calendars\, gather your business cards\, company brochures and make your reservation to attend the first regional networking event of 2017. Complimentary appetizers and a cash bar for beer and wine.\n\n\n\nSpeaker Presentation: 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM\n\n \n\nAttracting & Retaining Millennials as Customers as well as Employees\n\n \n\nKeynote Speaker:Lynn M.Thomas\n\n \n\nMs. Thomas is the founder and CEO of Thomas Consulting\, located in Newton\, Massachusetts.  Her firm specializes in customer and employee loyalty and retention\, which plugs the "leaky customer and employee bucket" and thereby increases a company's profits.  She has a expertise of discussing the issues around attracting and retaining Millennials as both customers and employees.\n\n \n\nMs. Thomas has been a columnist for trade publications and also has authored many articles.  Her second book\, "Wow Your Way To Profit" was published in May 2015 by Amazon.  She has specialized in customer and employee loyalty and retention for over 26 years and has worked with 475 companies in different industries. \n\n     \n\nPrior to starting her company 26 years ago\, Ms. Thomas started her career as a tax attorney with Arthur Andersen\, then a Private Banker and then Change Agent with Bank of Boston. She holds a J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University and a B.A. cum laude from Wesleyan University.  She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.\n\n\n \n\n\nNetworking: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM\n\n \n\nAlthough this is not a 'Business Expo'\, there will be table space for Chamber Members made available on a First-Come-First Serve basis. Tables are shared by three vendors with the goal of providing  a 'place holder' for marketing materials. \n\n \n\nThere is no additional charge to members for use of the table space.
