DESCRIPTION:The Light the Night Walk is an evening walk celebrating and commemorating lives touched by cancer. Funds raised by participants support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's mission to cure leukemia\, lymphoma\, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. In 2015\, the Massachusetts Chapter hosted six Light the Night Walks\, with 6\,000 participants raising $1.7 million for blood cancer research and patient services.
